“ Several days ago my family and I went through the drive through to pick up some dinner to take home, as always Bill Millers was very busy because their food is so delicious. When we got home one of my daughter’s order was missing so we had to compromise and share our meals to make up for the missed order. This Bill millers is exceptional and 99.9 percent of the time our orders are right on point. I called the restaurant to let them know we were missing an order and was passed to Josh the manager in charge at the time. He heard my concern and immediately offered to take care of the order, me thinking he was only going to replace my missing order, but offered to replace our entire dinner order for the inconvenience we went through. Wow this is what I call customer service above and beyond what I ever expected. Josh, my family and I are grateful for your understanding for going above and beyond to make sure we are 100% satisfied customers. You have gained Bill Millers a customers for life. “ This is a good place to stop in for lunch or dinner. I had the fried chicken sandwich with an order of fries. Another time during my visit to the area we tried the beef and vegetable soup. The chicken sandwich is delicious and so is the beef veggie soup- it’s one of the best I’ve had. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture. ”
